Vegan Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
